Do I have to be able to swim?

Yes for the Waterpark you need to be confident in the water and be able to swim 50 metres in a buoyancy aid and 10 metres unaided.

Do I have to wear a wetsuit?

No, wetsuits are optional. Feel free to bring your own or you can hire one on the day for £5 per person.

How early should I arrive for my session?

For the Waterpark we recommend you arrive 45 minutes before your slot. That gives you time to book in, get changed and have your briefing. Briefings start 10 minutes before the start of your session; you must be there for your safety briefing.

Do I have to wear shoes?

Yes you must bring wetsuit boots or old trainers to wear on the water or wellies for the Mud Trail. Flip flops, crocs and similar are not suitable as they will fall off your feet.

Can I bring my waterproof camera?

Only cameras that are chest mounted are allowed on the Waterpark. Camera's are not recommended on the Mud Trail as they are very likely to be damaged.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are one hour long on the Waterpark (half an hour on each lake. You can book back to back sessions is you wish, but most people find an hour enough as it is pretty physically demanding. You can spend as long as you wish on the Mud Trail.

Can I bring my dog to the park?

Of course, friendly dogs on leads are welcome. All mess must be cleared up and disposed of. Dogs must be kept out of the water.

Can I bring a picnic or is there any catering?

Absolutely, we have a lovely picnic area overlooking Corfe Castle. We also have the Snack Shack that offers delicious hot food, refreshments and ice creams.

Where can I store my possessions?

We have lockers available for you to use.

Do children have to be accompanied?

For the Waterpark we recommend that children under 12 have an adult with them taking part on 1:4 ratio. A parent or guardian for all under 18’s must be present during your briefing to give consent for your child to take part. All under 18's must be supervised on the Mud Trail, but you don't have to take part.

Do I have to be fit?

It is pretty physically demanding, you need to be able to pull yourself out of the water and tackle various obstacles. Being physically fit will certainly help.

Can I take part if i'm pregnant?

We strongly recommend that you don’t take part if you are pregnant.

What's the parking like?

We have got plenty of free car parking on site.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Yes, you can purchase them online.

Can I wear my glasses?

No. You will almost certainly lose or damage them on the park. Prescription goggles are a good alternative.

Can I wear swimming goggles?

Yes, if you wish.

Are there changing rooms?

Yes we have male and female changing rooms on site for you to use.

What if i'm late?

We recommend that you leave plenty of time for your journey as we can’t let you onto the park if you miss your slot. We will try our best to help you but will not give a refund for a missed session.

Can I cancel my session?

In the result of a cancellation, a 50% refund is available if cancelled more than 48 hours in advanced or full credit to be used at a later date in the same year. No refunds are available if cancelled within 48 hours of your session.

Are there any concessions?

Sorry, there are no concessions.

What happens if its raining?

Well you’re going to get wet anyway, so a bit of extra water won’t hurt! We will only cancel a session if we get thunder and lightning. In that case we will do our best to delay the start time, move you to another session or offer a full refund.

Can I wear clothing or fancy dress?

Only tight clothing and swim wear can be worn on the park.
